Therapy Program: Choose a massage style. Available programs include Warm Up, Deep Tissue, Needle, Cup, Recovery, and Scrape .
Time and Intensity: Set the duration (10 minutes is recommended to start) and the intensity level (from 1 to 15). It is recommended to start at the lowest level and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, tingly sensation .

How long do the gel pads last, and where can I get replacements?
